Welcome to Art's "I Can't Believe It's Not a Website," a long running joke which has probably lived past its prime (the first "I Can't Believe It's Not a Website" went up in 1998).  I have continued to use the "Ye Olde" design, but will update the content as is appropriate.  "Appropriate" continues to be a relative term - on a recent update, I found it had been a year and a half since I updated my site.
